The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, real estate market knowledge, and the ability to guide a team toward achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of real estate sales executives. Set sales targets and track team performance. Generate leads and support team in closing deals. Provide training, support, and mentorship to team members. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns. Regular reporting to management on sales performance. Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales. Proven team leadership and management skills. Strong negotiation and communication abilities. Goal-oriented and self-driven. Bachelor's degree preferred.
