Team Leader- Quality Management

As a Team Leader in Quality Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring that products and services meet or exceed the quality standards set by the organization. Working closely with the Quality Manager and cross-functional teams, you will drive quality improvement initiatives, implement quality control processes, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes, overseeing quality control activities such as inspections and audits, identifying opportunities for process improvement, maintaining quality documentation, training quality control personnel, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies, handling a team of QAs and QCs, preparing quality reports for senior management, and collaborating with customer support to address quality-related customer concerns. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, proven experience in quality analysis and call auditing, excellent communication skills, knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards, and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
