Team Leader - QR Sales

As a Sales Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in increasing the sales of QR & Soundbox products through various channels to merchants across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include growing distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations, ensuring visibility and accountability through extensive deployment of QR & Sound boxes, recruiting and managing a sales team, and planning market size and geographies for FSE. You will also be expected to coach and mentor team members, communicate plans effectively, monitor quality parameters, and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales. To succeed in this role, you must possess a high level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation. Experience in leading a team, being a graduate, and having a growth mindset are essential requirements.
