Team Leader - Production Unit

As a Team Leader in the Vehicle Unit based in Hosur, your responsibilities will include: - Conducting sunrise meetings with the workmen. - Deploying workmen based on skill matrix and organizing resources for production. - Conducting hourly PDCA for quality and delivery performance. - Auditing 2S, JH, material handling, unsafe acts, and conditions. - Ensuring all operations are carried out as per the TMOS through regular audits. - Taking corrective actions for in-house PDI and customer complaints. - Controlling non-conforming products like MSN and PSN. - Reviewing workmen on quality, delivery performance measures, and attendance. - Providing on-the-job training to workmen and coordinating for their certification. - Motivating and supporting workmen to implement suggestions.
