Team Leader Non IT Recruitment

As a Team Leader in Non-IT Recruitment at our company, your role will be crucial in leading and mentoring our recruitment team. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, workforce planning, and sourcing strategies to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. - Design and implement effective recruitment strategies for diverse non-IT roles. - Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning. - Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) to drive efficiency. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring policies, and organizational standards. - Conduct training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews to upskill the recruitment team. - Manage vendor relationships, job portals, and recruitment platforms for talent sourcing. - Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's positioning as an employer of choice. - Drive continuous improvements in candidate experience and recruitment processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred). - Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment with at least 2 years in a leadership/mentoring role. - Strong knowledge of non-IT sourcing techniques, recruitment analytics, and ATS systems. - Proven ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring across multiple domains. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with measurable results. - Demonstrated track record in team management and strategic hiring success.
