Job Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage a field sales team for GPay.
🔹 Lead and guide the team in onboarding merchants to the GPay platform🔹 Monitor daily targets and ensure performance benchmarks are met🔹 Provide training, support, and mentorship to the team🔹 Ensure proper documentation and compliance with onboarding protocols🔹 Handle escalations and ensure smooth field operations

Experience Required

✅ Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in QR code sales in any fintech company – mandatory
