Location: Telangana Green Field, Siddipet, Telangana
Function: Supply Chain – Plant Operations
Experience: 4–5 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical)

Objective

To manage all utility and maintenance activities in the plant, ensure smooth production operations, meet schedules, and maximize overall productivity. Hands-on experience with 40 Power Compressors, Chillers, and Boilers is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of machinery and utility equipment.
• Ensure compliance with statutory norms and safety standards.
• Implement Planned Maintenance (PM) systems to maximize line efficiency and availability.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules are followed per standards.
• Achieve utility efficiency targets for FO, Electricity, and HSD.
• Maintain stock of critical spare parts and consumables.
• Guide supervisors on preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Oversee workshop operations and maintenance documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, inventory cards, and equipment history.
• Ensure adherence to local laws—labor, pollution, fire & safety, and electrical regulations.
• Drive safety implementation and maintain the plant in the safest operating conditions.
• Prepare and monitor annual maintenance budgets.
• Ensure GMP practices across all operational areas.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Beverage Production Process Control

• Strong knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes and product quality parameters.
• Understanding of process parameters impacting product quality.
• Ability to implement manufacturing systems and SOPs.
• Awareness of QC methods for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Understanding of FPO laws and plant productivity indicators.
• Knowledge of equipment operating procedures.

Maintenance Expertise

• Strong ability to execute preventive maintenance systems.
• Detailed knowledge of plant equipment, utilities, and mechanical systems.
• Awareness of basic electronics, automation, and control systems.
• Ability to analyze equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Capability to train teams in utility operations & maintenance.
• Must have hands-on experience with 40 Power Compressor maintenance.
