TEAM LEADER - LAPTOP SALES

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader - Laptop Sales to join our dynamic team! As the Team Leader - Laptop Sales, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for laptops and related products. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, coach and mentor sales staff, and implement strategies to drive performance. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the laptop sales team.
• Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure goals are met.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss strategies, challenges, and achievements.
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Train new sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
• Stay updated on the latest laptop models and technology trends to guide the team on product offerings.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor(Laptop Sales)
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of laptops, their features, and the latest market trends.

Pay: 30,000 to 40,000

Location: Malappuram,Palakkad

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
