Job Description – Team Lead (Telecalling Sales – Customer Executive Team) Location: Jaipur Experience Required: 4–5 Years About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and experienced Telecalling Team Lead to manage and guide our customer executive sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a calm and patient demeanor, and proven experience in leading telecalling or inside sales teams. This role requires strong leadership, people management, and customer handling abilities. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of telecalling sales executives. Ensure smooth day-to-day team operations and achievement of sales targets. Monitor call quality, provide feedback, and implement training for team improvement. Handle escalated customer queries with patience and professionalism. Track performance metrics and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports. Motivate the team to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and conversions. Coordinate with management to align sales strategies with business goals. Requirements Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 4–5 years of experience in telecalling/inside sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written). Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and conflict-resolution ability.
