Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee our International Sales/Customer Service team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing teams in a customer-centric environment. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of 15-20 members, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets while delivering exceptional service to our international clientele.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

· Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 15-20 Sales/Customer Service representatives.

2. Performance Management:

· Monitor team performance closely, analyze metrics, and take proactive measures to address any deviations or areas of improvement.

3. Process Improvement:

· Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

· Conduct regular team meetings to disseminate information, address concerns, and reinforce organizational goals and values.

5. Quality Assurance:

· Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

· Any bachelor's degree

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role, preferably in an International Sales/Customer Service environment.

· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and customer service metrics.

· Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
