Ensure the stability, performance, and security of end user computing environments.Software Packaging and Deployment: Package and deploy software applications and updates using tools like SCCM System Center Configuration Manager and AdminStudio. Create and maintain standardized software configurations for end user devices.Operating System Management: Manage operating systems on end user devices, including Windows, Mac OS, and Android. Perform OS updates, patch management, and troubleshooting.
Application Compatibility: Ensure compatibility of applications with different operating systems and device types.Resolve application compatibility issues to provide a seamless user experience.User Support: Provide support to end users, including troubleshooting device and software related issues.Collaborate with helpdesk teams to resolve technical problems.Security Measures: Configure and maintain security measures on end user devices, including antivirus, firewalls, and encryption. Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches.Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Conduct security audits and maintain compliance documentation.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of device configurations, software packaging, and support procedures.
