Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Intelligent Infrastructure Services team to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
Oversee infrastructure systems including servers, storage, networks, virtualization, and cloud services.
Implement monitoring, automation, and optimization strategies for performance and cost efficiency.
Coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy infrastructure solutions.
Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Track and report KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to senior management.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to existing infrastructure.
