Key Responsibilities

1. Goal Achievement:

• Set clear targets (e.g., user downloads, registrations) and ensure they are achieved within deadlines.
• Apply creative and data-driven methods to meet objectives.

1. Problem Solving & Process Improvement:

• Identify challenges in ongoing campaigns and propose effective solutions.
• Analyze performance data and implement improvements for better outcomes.

1. Team Leadership & Motivation:

• Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Monitor team performance and ensure strict adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

1. Influencer Collaboration:

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers on Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Build strong relationships with influencers and agents to maximize user growth.

1. Market Insight:

• Understand user behavior and trends in the Indian market.
• Adapt strategies to align with cultural and audience expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in

  team leadership, influencer marketing, or user growth projects

• Strong

  and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and create practical solutions.
• Experience in

  Asian companies

  or other high-paced work cultures preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
