Team Leader- Inbound Sales

You are a performance-driven Sales Team Leader with a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing international voice-based sales teams. Your role involves leading, supervising, and motivating a team of international sales agents handling voice-based sales. You will coach and develop team members through regular training and performance feedback, analyze sales performance metrics, and implement strategies to boost conversions. Handling escalations, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met, and preparing sales reports for senior management are crucial responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must have 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader in international voice-based sales, strong knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement, excellent communication and leadership skills, and willingness to work night shifts aligned with US/UK time zones. The benefits of this position include health insurance and attendance bonus. You will work full-time on a fixed shift basis, Monday to Friday, during night shifts aligned with US/UK time zones.
