Job Description

You will be joining TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to fast-growing technology companies. TaskUs aims to create a different breed of Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) by embracing constant motion, new technologies, and consistency in an ever-changing world. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage a team of Remote technical support engineers, ensuring they meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Organize and oversee the team's schedules and responsibilities, ensuring adherence and accountability. - Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and provide solutions for team improvement and growth. - Offer remote technical support to international clients through various channels like phone, email, chat, and remote desktop tools. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. - Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and security patches. - Configure VPN connections for secure remote access and support MFA solutions like Yubikey. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical issues effectively. - Document support tickets, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures in ticketing systems. - Provide training to international end-users on IT best practices and procedures. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance client satisfaction. **Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader in remote desktop support, preferably with international clients. - Proficiency in using remote support tools and technologies. - Strong troubleshooting skills with efficient problem-solving abilities. - Experience with MFA solutions, such as Yubikey, and VPN technologies. - Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity for effective client interactions. - Ability to work independently and collaborate in a remote team environment. - Experience using collaboration tools like Slack and Jira for communication and ticket management. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+). - Experience supporting various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
