Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in construction management with a minimum of 30 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and quality control.
Familiarity with project management software and tools, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
