Role Overview

The SAP MM Executive/Sr. Executive will be responsible for managing procurement processes, vendor payments, stock consumption, SAP audits, and system troubleshooting for NCR region projects. The role requires strong expertise in SAP MM and good coordination skills to support various departments and ensure smooth operations across projects.

Key Responsibilities

SAP MM Operations

• Handle

  end-to-end SAP MM operations

  as an advanced end user.
• Create

  Purchase Orders (POs)

  for various projects and departments.
• Process vendor payments and ensure accurate documentation in SAP.
  
• Manage

  stock consumption

  , especially for free-issue items.
• Create

  Advance/Debit entries

  in the system as required.
• Perform

  SAP audits

  for the NCR region.

System Coordination & Controls

• Release SAP entries after verifying required details and approvals.
  
• Support testing activities in SAP for new projects and process changes.
  
• Resolve SAP-related errors raised by end users or other departments.
  
• Guide and train team members to help them understand SAP processes.
  

Collaboration & System Enhancements

• Coordinate regularly with

  Head Office SAP Team

  for issue resolution and system updates.
• Implement or modify new

  transaction codes

  for daily reminders such as Car Policy, BG & Contract Expiry, etc.
• Conduct training sessions for

  new SAP users

  .
• Manage

  scrap segregation

  processes in SAP.
• Work on integration points with other modules such as

  PS, SD, and FI

  .

Qualifications

• Minimum

  Graduate

  in any discipline.

• SAP MM Certification

  is mandatory.
• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in SAP MM module operations.

Skills Required

• Strong hands-on SAP MM experience (end-user level or above).
  
• Knowledge of integration with

  PS, SD, and FI

  modules.
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
  
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
  
• Ability to train users and support cross-functional teams.
