Role & responsibilities

1. Job Requirements:

Lead the State Project Management Unit (PMU)
Understanding of Indian Power Sector
Demonstrated Experience in Renewable Energy Program Implementation
Liaison with Energy Departments, DISCOMs
Responsible for aligning program activities with State-level policies
Facilitate high-level coordination across stakeholders, and support administrative and regulatory processes
Ensure timely reporting to Central/ State authorities, including MIS updates, progress reports, and policy feedback
Facilitate alignment with regulatory frameworks, state-level energy policies, and financial mechanisms
Identification of bottlenecks and process improvements
Should have effective communication & coordination skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Years of Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Renewable Energy Program Implementation/ Power Sector.

Qualifications: Post Graduate (preferable MBA) with B.E/ B. Tech
