Responsibilities :-- To meet Individual collection targets effectively. Implement strategies to optimize collection process and improve efficiency -Analyze collection performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
Requirement:-- Proven experience in Field Collections within the financial services industry is preferred. Strong analytical & problem solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target driven environment. 12th or Bachelor Degree in any field.
