Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Patrakar Colony, Jaipur
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Team Leader with prior experience in a BPO or Travel Agency. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong mathematical ability, and proven experience in team handling. Knowledge of the travel industry will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team to achieve set performance targets.
• Handle team operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members.
• Resolve client queries and escalations effectively.
• Maintain reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Contribute to travel-related tasks such as itinerary planning, costing, and bookings (if required).
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and team productivity.

Key Skills Required:

• Prior experience in BPO or Travel Industry (minimum 6 months – 1 year).
• Strong mathematical skills and logical reasoning ability.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Good knowledge of travel processes and operations.
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
