Role Overview

We are seeking a Team Leader to oversee school-level distribution operations. The role includes managing team members, handling school counters, ensuring stock accuracy, tracking daily sales, and coordinating with the Operations Manager for smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and school counters to ensure efficient book distribution.
• Manage the requirements of assigned schools and ensure timely supply.
• Track and update daily stock movement school-wise.
• Update daily sales reports to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure books are dispatched to schools as per requirement.
• Place and organize goods systematically according to school orders and publisher guidelines.
• Maintain accurate school-wise records of stock, sales, and returns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 2–4 years of experience in operations/logistics/distribution.
• Prior experience in inventory or team handling will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate between schools, warehouse, and management.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
