We ensure that schools receive the right books on time, supporting quality learning across classrooms. Role Overview We are seeking a Team Leader to oversee school-level distribution operations. The role includes managing team members, handling school counters, ensuring stock accuracy, tracking daily sales, and coordinating with the Operations Manager for smooth execution. Key Responsibilities Supervise team members and school counters to ensure efficient book distribution. Manage the requirements of assigned schools and ensure timely supply. Track and update daily stock movement school-wise . Update daily sales reports to the Operations Manager. Ensure books are dispatched to schools as per requirement. Place and organize goods systematically according to school orders and publisher guidelines . Maintain accurate school-wise records of stock, sales, and returns. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 2–4 years of experience in operations/logistics/distribution . Prior experience in inventory or team handling will be an advantage. Strong organizational and reporting skills. Ability to coordinate between schools, warehouse, and management. Good communication and leadership skills.
