Team Leader-Accounts

As a Team Leader Accounts, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations of the dealership. Your role will involve ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and supervising the accounts team. Your strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and ability to maintain healthy cash flow and financial discipline will be crucial for success in this role. - Lead, guide, and manage the accounts team to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations. - Ensure timely bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and debtor/creditor account reconciliation. - Monitor and verify customer invoices, warranty claims, and supplier bills. - Track daily cash flow, collections, and disbursements to maintain adequate liquidity. - Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS and other statutory returns. - Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and other financial analysis to management. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit cycles. - Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures to improve profitability. - Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce financial discrepancies.
