Job Title: Team Leader – Inside Sales ( Phd Sales)

Work Schedule

• 6 days working
• Shift Timings:
• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Education Qualification

• B.Sc, M.Sc, B.E/B.Tech or equivalent degree

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Team Leader in Sales
• Strong background in inside sales
• Experience in PhD/education sales is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Drive sales for education programs (PhD/other higher education)
• Ensure smooth coordination with clients and provide end-to-end guidance
• Train and support the team to improve sales productivity
• Prepare regular reports on performance, pipeline, and closures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
