Team Lead

Role Overview: As a Team Lead at Wipro in Hyderabad, your main responsibility will be to manage the content moderation team during the night shift. You are expected to have 1-3 years of experience, including at least 6 months to 1 year in a similar team lead role. Your role involves identifying and developing talent, motivating and coaching direct reports, and ensuring the team consistently meets the set KPIs. Key Responsibilities: - Ability to identify and nurture talent, lead, motivate, and coach direct reports effectively. - Provide concise explanations of the factors driving the team's performance using data-driven insights. - Proactively identify training needs and create programs to support the team's development. - Uphold a high level of integrity both personally and professionally. - Passionately coach individuals and teams using a data-driven approach to achieve tangible improvements. - Exhibit excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented problem-solving approach. - Proficient in multitasking, prioritization, project management, and conflict management. - Moderate understanding of business process improvement methods for enhancing operational efficiency. - Manage day-to-day operations to ensure consistent quality and productivity across channels. - Ensure performance consistently meets the relevant service level metrics. - Proactively communicate bottlenecks and operational challenges to facilitate prioritization. Qualifications Required: - Total 2-4 years of experience with at least 1-3 years in a similar role. - Previous experience in team management. - Familiarity with project management and conflict resolution. - Strong communication and coaching skills. - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.,
