Team Lead

As an experienced web developer, you should have a minimum of 3 years of real experience with a focus on web development. Your work experience should include at least 2 years of handling projects for overseas clients. It is essential to have prior experience working in an offshore software development company. Your skills should encompass a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and database design. Proficiency in PHP4 & PHP5, MySQL (both pre 4.1 & post 4.1 versions) is crucial. Additionally, you must be skilled in JavaScript, DHTML, CSS, and AJAX. Having knowledge of full CSS layouts & Web 2.0 will be advantageous. Familiarity with phpBB, osCommerce, PHP-Blogger, and similar platforms is preferred. Moreover, experience with Linux Server installation, configuration, and administration will be highly appreciated. While not mandatory, a basic understanding of Photoshop, Flash, or similar tools is preferred for this role.
