You should have a minimum of 3 years of real experience in web development. It is required that you have at least 2 years of experience working on export projects for overseas clients, and prior experience in an offshore software development company is also necessary. Your skills should include proficiency in HTML, CSS, and database design. You must be highly skilled in PHP4 & PHP5, MySQL (pre 4.1 & post 4.1 versions), as well as JavaScript, DHTML, CSS, and AJAX. Knowledge of full CSS layouts & Web 2.0 is an advantage. Experience with phpBB, osCommerce, PHP-Blogger, and similar platforms will be preferred. Additionally, familiarity with Linux Server installation, configuration & administration is highly appreciated. Basic skills with Photoshop, Flash, etc. are preferred for this position.,
