Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead - Unity and Unreal, located in the Mohali district. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, managing project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality gaming solutions. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as coding in Unity and Unreal engines, mentoring team members, coordinating with other departments, and troubleshooting technical issues. The Team Lead will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to best practices and staying updated with the latest industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Unity and Unreal engines
• Strong coding skills in C++ and C#
• Experience in leading and managing a team of developers
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Project management skills and experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in game development is a plus
