Job Description

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of associates in US Healthcare process.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (SLA/KPI) are met productivity, quality, TAT, and compliance.
Monitor team performance through audits, feedback sessions, and coaching.
Handle escalations, resolve complex process issues, and coordinate with clients/stakeholders.
Conduct regular team huddles, training refreshers, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations Managers to drive continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
US Healthcare domain
RCM, Medical Billing, Claims, or Coding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and reporting tools.
Ability to work in
US shifts
and meet process deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Healthcare/Management background).
Minimum
2-3 years of experience in US Healthcare process
.
At least
1 year of experience as a TL/Acting TL/SME
handling a team.
Knowledge of
HIPAA compliance
and healthcare regulations is a must.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Team SLA adherence (Quality, Productivity, TAT).
Attrition and absenteeism management.
Employee engagement and performance improvement.
Escalation handling and client satisfaction scores.
