Experience- 8+ Years What Will You Do in this Role Develop scalable services and APIs using Node.js and NestJS Design, create, and maintain databases in PostgreSQL and MongoDB Implement authentication, authorization, and data validation layers Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems Write modular and well-documented backend code Solve complex problems in an innovative way and deliver quality solutions while taking ownership and accountability of assigned things. Mentor and guide team members on everything from structured problem solving to development of best practices. What Youll Need to be Successful in this Role B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science or any equivalent degree. Hands-on with NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript Strong grasp of PostgreSQL and MongoDB (both mandatory) Experience building REST APIs and integrating third-party services Understanding of error handling, logging, and security patterns Knowledge of microservices or modular monolith architecture Familiarity with caching, rate limiting, or observability tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams. High level of energy and proactive nature. A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential.
