We’re now hiring a Team Leader who can think logically, plan strategically, and lead confidently — someone who can turn goals into results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of executives and coordinators to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Plan, delegate, and monitor workflow to ensure efficient task completion.
• Identify and solve operational challenges with logic and structure.
• Motivate, coach, and guide team members for continuous performance improvement.
• Conduct team meetings, share updates, and maintain effective communication across departments.
• Analyze reports, track performance, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with senior management to align team goals with company objectives.
• Create a positive, disciplined, and high-performing team culture.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
