Tata Consultancy Services is Hiring at @Pune location for a Team Lead Role

Note: Candidates with relevant experience in Team Leading for UK Insurance domain working in any process (L&P, Property & Casualty Insurance, etc)

Job Role - Team Lead

Process -

Experience Required

Overall 8+ years of experience and 2+ years in Team handling in papers is must.
Should have knowledge of all Team Leading activities like (Shrinkage, Attrition, SLA management, Team handling, KPI etc.)
Should have worked in UK Insurance process (L&P insurance, Property and Casualty, etc )
Should be flexible to work in any shifts.

Eligibility criteria

15 years full time education (No Correspondence).
Excellent communication skills should be able to clearly articulate.
All educational and employment documents are mandatory at the time of joining.
Ready to work in any shifts
