Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Team Lead to manage our Staffing & IT Consulting division in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters, handle client relationships, and ensure timely delivery of quality talent across IT and non-IT domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Manage client accounts and drive end-to-end staffing delivery.
Plan and execute hiring strategies for IT consulting and contract staffing.
Handle escalations, performance reviews, and client coordination.
Track performance metrics and report progress to management.

Requirements:

Strong experience in IT recruitment or staffing delivery.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
