Job Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of software using
Dot Net, VB, ASP, ASP.Net
technologies.
Manage and mentor a small team of 34 developers.
Design efficient
database structures
(MS SQL & Oracle) and ensure smooth integration.
Resolve issues, errors, and enhancements in in-house developed applications.
Understand business processes, interact with users, and provide effective IT solutions.
Stay updated with new technologies and drive innovation in development practices.
Ensure quality documentation and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Key Skills Required:

Proficiency in
Dot Net, VB, ASP, ASP.Net, MS SQL, Oracle
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Team leadership and project management abilities
Good communication and documentation skills
Result-oriented and self-motivated
