Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and manage data from various departments to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
Develop and automate Excel-based reports using advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros.
Generate business insights from data and support decision-making.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and MIS systems.
Identify reporting gaps and suggest process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros).
Knowledge of PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI preferred).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Basic knowledge of SQL (optional but preferred).

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.
MIS/Data Analysis certification (if any) will be an added advantage.
