Team Lead- Sales- Haryana

Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, your main responsibility will be to grow distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations. You will be accountable for visibility through extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product. Additionally, you will need to identify and recruit a sales team to align and drive business in the market. Your role will also involve coaching and mentoring the team, as well as quickly grasping and applying new ideas and concepts. Key Responsibilities: - Plan the market size, span, and geographies for Field Sales Executives (FSE). - Devise effective methods for communicating plans and targets to the team to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap. - Monitor quality parameters as suggested by the management. - Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales completed by the team. - Ensure team members are consistently present in the market where sales and usage are conducted. - Demonstrate good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout the specified area. Qualifications Required: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Prior experience in sales or distribution roles would be advantageous. - Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area of operations.,
