Team Lead, Reporting and Insights

As a Data Analyst at Cvent, you will have the opportunity to support the Database Marketing efforts by providing strategic recommendations, insights, and action plans to drive higher quality conversions. Your role will be crucial in influencing critical business decisions through the analysis of key marketing metrics and the creation of insightful reports. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with internal teams to define requirements and timelines for the timely and accurate delivery of data elements. - Interpret campaign data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports to regional and product-focused Marketing teams. - Generate reports on marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, marketing attribution, and marketing engagement. - Develop, maintain, and manage an advanced reporting & analytics framework, dashboards, and other BI solutions. - Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Transform data into actionable business recommendations, present findings, and provide actionable insights. - Promote data fluency across the organization through documentation and conducting training sessions on marketing data best practices. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience working with databases, data analysis, and reporting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Comfortable presenting data and findings to stakeholders. - Proven experience in leading projects/initiatives in a professional setting. - Knowledge of SQL or other enterprise-grade database systems preferred. - Understanding of marketing campaign implementation, measurement, and optimization. - Experience in data visualization using BI tools (Tableau/Sigma), Excel, PPT, and related tools will be a plus. - Fair understanding of marketing platforms and the lead to opportunity cycle. - Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
