Team Lead, Reporting and Insights

You will be working with Cvent, a leading meetings, events, and hospitality technology provider with a global presence. As a Data Analyst in the Global Demand Center, you will be responsible for supporting the Database Marketing efforts by providing strategic recommendations, insights, and action plans to improve conversion rates. Your role will involve liaising with internal teams to define requirements, interpreting campaign data, analyzing results, and reporting on marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, and marketing engagement. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience working with databases, data analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, along with the ability to present data and findings to stakeholders effectively. Experience in leading projects and initiatives, knowledge of SQL or other database systems, and familiarity with marketing campaigns" implementation and optimization are required. Additionally, data visualization experience with BI tools like Tableau or Sigma, Excel, and PowerPoint will be beneficial. You should be self-motivated, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing reporting frameworks, dashboards, and other BI solutions, as well as translating data into actionable business recommendations. You will play a key role in promoting data fluency across the organization by documenting best practices and leading training sessions on marketing data.
