Team Lead Regulatory Reporting

Role Overview: As a Regulatory Reporting Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the completion of regulatory filings such as Annex IV, Form PF, and CPOs. You will lead and supervise the COE staff in scoping, planning, and executing regulatory filings while ensuring deadlines are met. Your proactive approach in identifying areas for automation and collaborating with stakeholders will be crucial in enhancing efficiency. Additionally, you will interpret analytics across various asset classes and perform data management using a range of tools. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise COE staff in completing regulatory filings, including scoping, planning, and monitoring execution - Identify areas of automation and collaborate with stakeholders for implementation - Establish a Regulatory Reporting COE framework and ensure SLAs and KPIs are in place - Interact with clients for review of regulatory submissions and timely amendments - Perform data management and manipulation using various tools - Work with internal and external systems such as RiskCore, Rabbit, Insight, and Bloomberg - Perform reconciliations, accounting checks, compliance checks, and risk analytics - Provide training to new hires and manage team members effectively - Liaise with fund service providers as needed - Keep abreast of regulatory changes and communicate effectively with clients Qualifications Required: - A minimum of a 3rd level Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is required - A Master's Degree in Finance or a related field is desirable - 4-6 years of experience in a risk or regulatory related role, preferably in the funds industry - Knowledge of regulatory filings such as AIFMD, CPO-PQR, Form PF, Solvency II, and PRIIP's is preferable - Experience with risk measurements like Value at Risk, Stress Testing, Liquidity Analysis, Greeks, Back Testing - Previous management or supervisory experience is essential - Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets - Experience with Bloomberg is beneficial Note: The job also involves being detail-oriented, inquisitive, and self-managing, with a drive to excel in regulatory reporting requirements and client satisfaction.,
