Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead - Python at Sufalam Technologies, located in Ahmedabad. As the Team Lead, you will oversee and lead a team of developers to design, develop, and optimize software solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating on technical projects, mentoring team members, ensuring coding best practices, and delivering high-quality applications. The role requires working closely with stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of development projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Team Leadership and the ability to mentor and guide team members
• Skills in Front-End Development, including proficiency with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern front-end frameworks
• Strong expertise in Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience with Python and related frameworks is a must
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Previous experience in project management or leadership roles in a software development environment is a plus
