Job Description

The Team Lead will manage a team responsible for auditing, MIS reporting, and data analysis. The role requires strong Excel and Advanced Excel skills, with experience in insurance or finance domains.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Oversee auditing activities and ensure process compliance
Prepare and review MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Analyse data, identify gaps, and drive process improvements
Automate reports using Advanced Excel; use SQL for data extraction (good to have)

Skills Required

Strong analytical and leadership skills
