Team Lead – Physics & Mathematics (Classes 9–12)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead for Physics & Mathematics who will mentor and guide a team of subject teachers delivering high-quality instruction for students in classes 9 to 12. The ideal candidate will have strong academic knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for effective teaching.

Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Academic Leadership

• Lead and support the Physics and Mathematics teaching teams for classes 9–12.
• Deliver high-quality instruction for Physics and Maths classes when required.
• Plan and implement effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve teaching methodologies across the team.

Team Management

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of subject teachers.
• Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to teachers.
• Facilitate professional development, workshops, and training sessions.
• Ensure consistent teaching quality and academic progress across the team.

Student Success & Engagement

• Track student performance and learning outcomes.
• Help design effective remediation strategies for students needing additional support.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

Curriculum & Assessment

• Assist in developing or improving Physics and Maths curriculam.
• Review and standardize assessments, exams, and evaluation tools.
• Ensure accuracy and alignment of question papers and answer keys.

Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate regularly with parents and stakeholders about student progress.
• Collaborate with academic leadership on instructional goals and improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, Education, or related field.

Experience

• Preferred: Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience (leadership experience is a plus).

• Strong subject knowledge in Physics & Mathematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a teaching team.
