* Supervise Physician Billing (CMS 1500 claims) or Hospital Billing (UB04)
* Ensure accurate and timely claim submissions
* Monitor productivity and quality metrics
* Resolve escalated billing and denial issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to address billing challenges
* 6+ years of PB/HB (RCM) experience
* On-paper Team Lead experience is mandatory.
* 1+ year in a team lead or supervisory role
* Strong knowledge of payer rules and billing software
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Familiarity with CMS and HIPAA guidelines
