As a hands-on .NET Core Team Lead at SGSN Associates Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of developers, overseeing front-end and back-end delivery, and promoting Object-Oriented Programming best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Team Leadership & Mentorship** - Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 46 full-stack developers - Conduct regular code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and 1:1s - **Architecture & Development Oversight** - Design and review scalable .NET Core applications - Guide front-end implementations (HTML/CSS/JavaScript frameworks) - **Agile Project Management** - Plan, track, and manage deliverables in JIRA - Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives - Prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines - **Quality Assurance & Best Practices** - Enforce SOLID principles, OOP patterns, and coding standards - Ensure adequate unit- and integration-test coverage - **Stakeholder Collaboration** - Liaise with product owners, QA, and UX teams - Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies clearly **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred) - Proven experience leading on-site .NET Core development teams - Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, especially CSS (Sass/Less a plus) - Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and design patterns - Hands-on expertise with JIRA for Agile delivery - Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet strict timelines - Excellent verbal and written communication skills In addition to the technical responsibilities, SGSN Associates Pvt Ltd is a Dehradun-based technology and AI consulting firm that specializes in full-stack software development, intelligent automation, and cloud-native solutions.
