Job Description:

Media Tech Temple is hiring dedicated and confident Team leader to join our growing team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of tele callers to meet and exceed performance goals.

• Monitor daily calls and provide guidance to team members.

• Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-up by the team.

• Conduct regular training and skill enhancement sessions.

• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Track attendance, discipline, and adherence to company policies.

• Ensure daily and weekly call targets are met by the team.

Requirements: Hardware and Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader in tele calling, BPO, customer support.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

• Language proficiency: (Add any preferred language like Hindi/English)
