Job Description -

• Lead and manage real estate transactions from listing to closure.
• Achieving revenue targets assigned and source new businesses for continuity of future revenue pipeline.
• Mapping client needs to appropriate projects with a consultative approach with the end goal of monetizing such needs through deal closures.
• Consistent engagement through meetings, tele-calling and site inspections to create a pipeline on an ongoing basis for self and track for team member(s).
• Leading the preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, market overview etc. Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development.
• Support team members in deal closures as and when necessary, have a thorough know-how and engagement with key clients.
• Thorough mapping of the city across the industry for continuous generation of demand and supply, and identification of talent pool.
