Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Linux Engineer – Team Lead to manage and guide our Linux support and infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Linux expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Linux engineers
Manage Linux-based infrastructure (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, etc.) Monitor system performance and ensure high availability Troubleshoot server/network issues and coordinate resolution Perform system upgrades, patching, and security hardening Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes Coordinate with cross-functional teams for deployments and support

Required Skills:

✅ Strong expertise in Linux OS (Ubuntu/CentOS/RedHat)
✅ Experience with Shell scripting, server configuration & security ✅ Familiar with virtualization, cloud environments (AWS/Linux VM) ✅ Understanding of networking, firewalls, DNS, etc. ✅ Excellent problem-solving & team management skills ✅ Good communication and client-handling capabilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of Linux system administration experience (including 1–2 years in a lead role)
