Team Lead Investment Operations

Role Overview: You are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead Investment Operations to join a growing team in the Venture Capital industry. With 5 to 7 years of experience, you will lead a team driving revenue growth and ensuring excellent client experience. Key Responsibilities: - Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: Manage and expand relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing market insights. - Selling Investment Products: Lead the sale of financial products, pitch investment ideas, and present opportunities to clients. - Client Communication and Engagement: Arrange meetings, lead product roadshows, and attend investment conferences to network with clients. - Investment Strategy Consulting: Advise clients on portfolio construction, identifying opportunities, and proactively guiding them. - Revenue Generation and Growth: Drive sales revenue, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth. - Monitoring Market Trends: Stay informed on market trends, anticipate client needs, and offer proactive solutions. - New Business Development: Source new clients, onboard them, and expand the firm's footprint in specific sectors or geographies. Qualifications Required: - 5 to 7 years of experience in Investment Operations within the Venture Capital and Private Equity Industry. - Team Handling experience with 4 to 5 team members. - Strong knowledge of Micro VCs, Category I AIF, investment products, and financial planning. - Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
