Location: Mumbai (Malad)

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support:

    Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist international customers with inquiries and concerns about products or services.
  • Issue Resolution:

    Troubleshoot problems, resolve customer complaints, and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team.
  • Information Provision:

    Provide accurate information about product specifications, pricing, and any other necessary details to customers.
  • Record Keeping:

    Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system as required.
  • Sales/Upselling:

    In some roles, promote or upsell products and services to customers.
  • Adherence to Policies:

    Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Excellent Communication:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for clear and professional interactions with international customers.
  • Customer Service Orientation:

    A strong focus on providing excellent customer service and building rapport.
  • Problem-Solving:

    The ability to analyze issues, find effective solutions, and provide appropriate support.
  • Patience and Empathy:

    Exercise tact, patience, and empathy when dealing with customer queries and complaints.
  • Adaptability:

    The ability to adapt communication style to suit different customer profiles in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

  • Call Centers:

    Many international voice process roles are based in call centers, though remote work opportunities may also exist.
  • International Markets:

    The role involves interacting with customers from overseas markets, often requiring rotational or night shifts to align with their time zones.

    Works as part of a team to achieve individual and overall team targets for customer satisfaction and productivity.
