Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Team Lead in Insurance. The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising and managing the insurance team, mentoring members, and ensuring high-quality performance. Additional responsibilities include driving sales performance, building client relationships, strategizing to meet sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective complaint resolution. The Team Lead will also oversee the implementation of company policies and processes within the team.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Finance and Insurance, including a solid understanding of insurance products and financial services.
• Proven experience in Team Management and the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team towards achieving set goals.
• Strong Customer Service skills to build positive client relationships and address customer needs effectively.
• Experience in Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ethical practices, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
